Xochitl-Julisa Bermejo lead a very fun poetry writing workshop for kids this afternoon at the San Gabriel Library. We all wrote about feelings using our senses.
Mary Torregrossa ably co-piloted the workshop, which ran extra smoothly thanks to her expertly performed poetry and precise advice to young poets.
Oh yeah, I helped too.
